Well we are back from our first trip in the Euphoria and wow, what a test! We had gale force winds, it was actually quite scary.Half the campsite gave up and went home and there were broken tents everywhere, but the Euphoria was amazing, totally solid. Will do a proper review as soon as I get a chance!

Ha ha anything for an easier life,we are obviously a lazy lots
Hi hope you don't mind me asking a couple of questions. We have finally managed to view a Europhia although it didn't have the front canopy up. The joy family can I ask where u managed to to get the alterations ? What was the problem with the bedroom compartments ? We have also seen the croyde but not in the polycotton. Duffs what put u off the europhia ? Finally what sort of discount would u expect from an ex Demo at a two week camping show outside? Thanks in advance

Sorry not had chance to reply - been away camping this weekend to the lovely Chestnut Meadow campsite in Bexhill. Went well - got the tent up and down even quicker than usual. Weather held just about.
Like Duffs I spent some time toying between the Croyde and Euphoria. If I hadn't been able to get the mods done or had the budget (I had sold my Eden for a good price) I would have gone for the Croyde, which looks like a nice tent and a great layout.
Here are some pics.
This is the bedroom inners after they were stitched together and a removable wall put in (zips down each side and attaches at the top) - makes it into one big bedroom: Pic1 Pic2
They are amazing thanks. We have been toying between the two and currently have a kampa polzeath. How did you find a place to alter the tent and was it expensive & did it take long to change? How many people use the tent ? This year we have got 6 to fit but I'm thinking of getting the self inflating mattresses. Would we fit ?
I used CIT camping in Walton (local to me) - was around £200. Took about 3 weeks.
There's only 3 of us in the tent (like the space) and use off the floor Posadas beds. Its meant to be 6, but would be very tight. You'd be better off if you adjusted the bedrooms into one room. The Croyde is narrower so that would be even more of a squeeze.
The Vango Illusion might be an alternative although its not polycotton it does have an extra bedroom in the living area.
Fab pics it is a smashing tent, what a good job they did.
I agree the Croyde might be a bit of a squash, there are only 2 of us and a dog, which is fine for us, but 6 of you it would be a bit like sardines and nowhere to put your gear.
But we do like to keep the lounge as a lounge area, but I suppose putting a bed in at night wouldn't be a problem.
The illusion is a good option though.
Tough choice for you

And I so hate decisions!!! As I mentioned we have a polzeath which I love but the domestics putting up with the poles can be a tad stressful as oh isn't very patient. We have also had problems re pitch sizes so thinking slightly smaller would be better ;) I understand that u can get an additional inner from vango have u had any experience of this? Also noticed compared to our present tent the front area appears bigger than the lounge area is that correct? Many thanks
The porch in the Euphoria pics looks bigger as its got the front extension on. On the normal tent it is a similar size to the Croyde, but not enclosed.
Those pictures look great thanks. We would need the front enclosure on the europhia. Yep would prefer polycotton as that's what we are use to and have become a polycotton snob 😜
