I've got a Kampa Croyde 8 and it's great, I love the room, bombproofness and design but I'm considering the idea of picking up a smaller inflatable tent for weekend trips for convenience/time saving. It'd need to cope with 2 adults and 2 small kids, with enough living room to chuck up an inflatable sofa, and if the inner hanging points for the bedroom can be easily disconnected to extend the living area during the day that'd be a bonus.

Would it be feasible to pick up such a tent second hand for around £250-300 or am I being too optimistic?

And when I say 3-4 person I know I'm really looking at a 5-6 berth by the way. Hence why I regularly use an 8 man tent for 3 people.

Try one of the Airgo range - ive got a Stratus 4 just for me. Wouldn't actually fit 4 though. Decathlon have some cheapish deals too in their Quechua range. Again the 4 berth wouldn't actually sleep 4.

Ive put some pics of the airbeam we just got here We got the lot tent, carpet, footprint and spare pump for under £600 just haggle for a good deal as its last years model. We were happy with it. Good luck.
