Hey people beginning to lose the will to live on this issue. Really need a side pole for the mentioned tent. The pole measures 2145mm from end to end and the top female connection is 22mm squared. Really having trouble with this team and appreciate any help.

If you need a replacement pole have you contacted Outwell.

Also sometimes camping shops keep a few spares, failing that you can often pick up tent spares on eBay.

Outwell ask me to contact scottishmountaingear.com. I need to send them the three piece pole and they will replace the damaged pole and rewire it and return the three piece pole. This is going to take close to three weeks and I was hoping to get it sorted sooner than that is possible. Hey Sam the pole is the actual tent side pole.
