I have an Outwell Nevada M and awning and I really love our tent for its quality and size.... However I really can't put it up on my own. Someone else usually has to help me (my children are not big enough yet to help me). Which makes me feel pathetic and tbh it takes me ages to pitch it and take down. Plus it's so tall for me to fit roof bar thing. I'm quite short!
Can anyone recommend a good quality, easy tent to pitch for 1 adult and 2 children?
Thanks

Most tunnel tents are fairly easy to erect single handed.
I have two tunnel tents, a Vango and a Gelert, and they are both far easier to erect alone than the Outwell.
Have you thought about a Bell Tent / tipi style
They just have 1 centre pole that once the tent is laid out and pegged around the edges, you crawl inside with the pole and simply raise the centre of the roof up.
Then tension the guys and your all set.
Even Outwell used to make one - you can find them appear for sale used occasionally - the Indian Lake. A very nice tent and one I'm sure your kids would love.

Further to Hankakampa's suggestion, Robens, Outwells sister company, have launched a range of tipi tents this year in Polycotton, they are pretty much Outwell Indian Lakes in a different colour scheme, even have the old Outwell opening windows. Went in one at a show, very nice.

I also have the Nevada M and think that I could put it up by myself - but with a much increased risk of damaging the tent. I actually think folding it up to put it in the bag is harder by yourself.
I've been looking at other tents to use when I go by myself or just with my son and I'm keen on the Outwell Rockwell 3 or Birdland 4 as I should be able to pitch either by myself. The Birdland is probably a good size for you.
I'm going to watch out for knockdown prices at the end of August to try to pick up a bargain - although you can already get the Rockwell 3 (full package) with Yeoman for £239 plus a free £50 voucher for equipment.

Thanks Mrbino for the crosscamping url.
The chap made it look so easy! I will try it the way he suggested by putting the pole and pin in from the right hand side first.
Interestingly, I did peg the tent down last time to anchor it and attempted to inset the poles into the pins on the left first. I will try from the other side and open the doors first and see if it works for me as I do love this tent.
Camping again next week (weather permitting), so will let you know how I get on!
One side has the adjustable straps , this is the one you put the pole into last.
Make sure you loosen the adjustable side off before you start this will make things easier
Do the doors up before you peg it out properly so you wont stretch the Zips
