Hi all. I was hoping I could get a few recommendations for a new tent please. There will only be 2 of us plus a dog but ideally we want a 5 or 6 man so it has plenty of room. The main requirement is that it either has some kind of built in canopy or an extension that is quick and easy to put up. Currently we are using a tarp with our tent and I just find that putting it up is too much hassle.

Our budget is around £300 including awning/extension.

Best thing to do is go to a large camp shop that has tents up on display. Then you can walk round and try them out.

Kampa Croyde 6 has built in canopy and loads of space for the 2 of you, if you can get last seasons you may get it for around that price

There's the Obelink Bahama 6, currently at £286 + delivery.

Bit of a risk, as they're not very well known in the UK, but we're happy with out Obelink tent.
