Hi, I have the Mojave 5 for the last 4 years or so now and no problems with it (also got the front canopy).
Looking at the Voyager 6 it is slightly bigger both width and length so it would very much depend on how many of you there will in it and do you need or like the extra space.
Also the Voyager has the poles crossing over the top rather than being a "tunnel" tent so may give you a bit more stability in rough weather.
If you look for the reviews on here, both of them have very good reviews from owners. I guess it could just come down to price and availability of both of them.
We have the voyager 6 and are really pleased with it, we brought it in April of this year and have used it twice to date and pitched it 4 times. Very stable and spacious. We have the porch also so cooking / cupboards and picnic table live in the porch and we have a sofa and camping chairs and a couple of tables in the main living area. As there are 6 of us, we sleep on the sofa bed, have 4 children in the largest pod and now use the smallest pod for an 'ensuite' lol but you can fit a double air bed in there easily, we just found we had sooo much stuff due to the number of us it works better this way..
The reason we didn't get a bigger tent is due to this being the first year of camping, starting completely from scratch which is quite penny pinching and I wanted to make sure we slept next to the children and they were all together as they are all young so the voyager ticked the boxes for us.
Not sure if that helps you at all but end of it all we like the tent.
Our last tent was the voyager 6 and we had the porch too. Loved it just traded to a bigger tent for this year
