Hi this is our first ever tent! We are over 50! First problem valve on porch would not close , any tips. Second problem could not fold small enough to get tent into bag! Are there any videos out there showing how to fold. Thanks from a very frustrated future camper!

I've got an Evoque 600, mine is last years with the valves inside so can't help with the outside valves - although I'd expect them to operate easily so sounds like it could be a fault?
For folding, it's important to get the air out. I probably go overboard but never have a problem getting it in the bag.
I deflate then I start at the end of each beam and squash the air out towards the valves- I usally crawl along the beams to squish it out!
Then I fold each end in a quarter of the way, then fold that section over to the centre, so I have a centre line still if that makes sense. Then I fold one half over the other, that should be about the width of the bag.
Then the fun bit. At the end away from all the valves I squish the air out again towards the valves. Then I roll (myself!) from the end away from the valves down to the valves and repeat as many times as necessary to give the other campers a giggle! The tent is now lovely and flat. Then I roll it inwards, again starting at the non valve end, down to the valves.
Then I place the bag upside down on top of the tent so it goes over it. Tuck it down and then roll the whole lot over to tuck in and zip up.
Then winch it into the car - I can do the whole lot easily on my own - it's easier if my husband is about to help but fine alone except the lifting into the car!
Thanks will try that tomorrow. Tent shop told me to take the porch beam into them . They said it d'état he's easily. They also said to take pump off the valve slowly that often works. This will defiantly get me fitter, can you imagine the laughs if we were both at the same camp site. Ps I have the answer to getting it into the trailer. I am going to use our dig ramp to wheel it up !
