I am just about to buy this lovely orange tent as a quirky addition to the others I own. Does anyone have a user manual for this or accessories. Also any advice for ensuring this remains waterproof

If no one comes up with an instruction manual, I would guess from pictures that it would be fairly easy to deduce that there are four "leg" poles which are likely to have flat or possibly spiked ends, and then roof poles which will include some crossing joints. If you are lucky it may have the poles spring-hinged together! If not, you can buy those hinges and pre-join them once you have sorted out what goes where. Get the roof poles together first, then attach the leg poles but split so it is on its "knees". That way, it is at your waist height and handy for laying the canvas over it. On the inside there may be ties to attach the canvas to the poles. Once the canvas is on the right way, then you can raise the legs up to their full height, close the zip and peg it down.
The bedroom pod will just have clips to attach it up to the poles. It does not have a sewn in groundsheet but the previous owner may supply you with what they have used, or you may prefer having grass under your feet!
As for the waterproofness, the best thing to do is to put it up and test it with a hosepipe (or real rain). Only if you find evidence of leaking do you need to buy some reproofer such as Fabsil which you paint on (cheaper than their spray cans). The golden rule with cotton canvas is to test it first and only treat it if necessary, because once you start treating it you have to re-do it every couple of years.
