Hello all,
Having just returned from a fortnight in sunny(ish) Cornwall in our trusted vango aspen 700dlx, my mind is wandering towards replacement tents. We've had the aspen for around around 9 years and it has been great. However, it is still a pain in the arse to put up as it pitches inner first. On the flip side though, this means that it is double skinned. When looking at replacements, I am struggling to find anything similar, so any advice would be great. The wish list:
Steel poles (for strength)
Double skinned
Large enough for 2 adults and 2 rapidly growing children.
Does such a tent exist?? Whilst we've been happy with the aspen, it is starting to look a little tired. Also, on the last day of our holiday, our folding clothes airer thing fell over and tore the skin of the porch. It's been patched with some tenacious tape, but is it the start of the end....?
