Just thought I would say that after having the innards of an Airbeam valve fall apart, that Vango without any quibble had a new beam delivered to me FOC within 24 hours! Well impressed.
(That's unless this is a known issue to them.....?)

I have had more Vango tents than any other make and on two occasions had problems ( one a cracked alloy pole, the other a broken zip that keep pulling apart) and on each occasion their customer service was a swift replacement, with no postal charges.
