Hi all, with the start of camping season around the corner we are looking to replace our current 'poled' tunnel tent with one of the new inflatable versions. Can anyone here provide some honest reviews based on your experiences and views. We are looking for something for a family of 4 to go away in for up to 7 days. All help, comments and views appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We have this tentKampa Croyde 6 polycotton Air I think the reviews say it all really, but they are quite chunky.

Not having seen any of this years models, I can only comment on what I saw last year. If I was to buy an inflatable as our main tent and money was not a major consideration and you dont want a Karsten. Then duffs54 Croyde 6 would be the one I would go for. If the polycotton version is out of your budget they do a polyester version which is the one I saw and was very impressed with it. We wanted a reasonably priced airbeam tent as a second tent for us, so we went for this one I posted on this thread. Here Apart from cost the reason we went for this one was the mesh doors which is a must for us and the canopy on the front was handy. Have only used it once for 2 weeks in Wales and had no problems with it, didnt even need to give the beams any additional air throughout our stay. I also prefered the idea of separate beams for inflating.

If you go to the NEC show in Feb all the big brands will have the latest inflatables, we got ours there last year a package deal inc footprint and carpet. Or if you live in Herts area try Inflatablesonline, Gary Cross very good for info and help.

Seems Obelink has a 'beast' of an inflatable tent as well
Can't wait to see it in real life. Has annyone been there yet and saw it? I'm rather curious thoug.
