Yes, but the poles would normally be in a separate bag, effectively "halving" the weight.
Ours weighs in at 36kg, and admittedly, is in a long thin bag with handles at each end, as opposed to the side, so not the easiest package to handle. I can manage from boot to pitch of course, (although not particularly gracefully!) and dare say I could just about get it up on my shoulder if I had to walk (crawl!) more than 10m or so, but one thing's for sure... either up or down the stairs at home, it gets treated like a sled, and never leaves the floor! 
I think I'm at my limit, at that 36kg!

The colour is the same as their other polycottons. It's a very light sand colour.
