The living area of the 2016 Bear Lake 6 is 4.2 x 2.8 metres. This is exactly the same dimensions as the 2012 (and earlier) Bear Lake 6. So the new carpet should fit nicely. The 2013-2015 carpet would not fit as they had a sloping front for those model years so the floor area was larger front to back.
For the footprint groundsheet, the total floor area of the 2012 (and earlier) Bear Lake 6 was 4.2 x 5.15. The 2016 model is 4.2 x 5.25, so is 10cm too long for yours. They rarely come up used as people sell them with their tent, I sold mine on ebay in 2014 on its own and it went for £120 in the auction!! Making one or altering a 2016 one may make more sense
Not sure about the front extension. Even if the hoop width and height are the same the attachment method may differ. The 2013-15 did not fit for the 2012 and earlier models. Used ones crop up on ebay quite often, expect to pay £250-£350 for one.

We used Outwell carpets for the Bedroom Pod (Wolf Lake 5) and Living Area (Minesota 6) for our Cabanon.
A lady who does clothing alterations on our local market did the work, and made a superb job of it for £10 per carpet.
That was back in 2009, and the carpets are still looking good.
