Folks,
Received my new Berghaus Air 6 & porch today, when I opened the porch box everything was wrapped in plastic which I expected but the tent was just in the box no plastic cover and had two red stickers on the bag, they appeared to be return stickers from Millets as they have various tick boxes on them relating to faulty goods, apart from a few scuff marks on the bottom of the bag everything looks ok.
As far as I am concerned it should be a brand new item unless stated otherwise before I bought from Blacks.
Anyone seen this before or am I being neurotic

I would contact them immediately, providing pictures too. You have not agreed to purchase a returned item so don't accept it. The consumer rights act gives you the right to return unsatisfactory goods within 30 days. Stick to your guns if necessary!
Would agree with the above post.
My son bought an expensive backpacking tent from Sports Direct which was so obviously ex-display.
His emails were ignored by customer service and the CEO of the company but eventually got a refund by returning the tent to one of their stores.
Blacks I believe are more professional in dealing with complaints.

Yes I have emailed them already last night, I expect a response by tomorrow if not the tent goes back the next day regardless and I go back to Vango.

I ordered a tent from Blacks last Sunday and had some issues with them declining my order because of some security reasons nonsense. I found their helpline and their Twitter account to be quite helpful and keen to resolve my issues. at BlacksHelpTeam
