I like idea of pollycotton air tent but some retailers have put me off it. Could u conceivably go say autumn / spring camping with a pollycotton tent ? Packing it up soaked and then trying to dry it out with interior rooms damp? I could air out possibly in shed.
But then when camping would the walls of pollycotton tent seep in water when touched from inside? Is that why the pc tents come with no hydrostatic head measures.?
All things considered would I be better with the polycotton croyde with its 30% cotton 70% polyester breakdown as apposed to vango with the 65% cotton 35 polyester mix. If would seem by the material breakdown the croyde pc would be less bothersome in poor weather or just go polyester and be done.
Argh
Kind regards
Mike

I owned a Robens PC bell tent and it leaked consistently- even after weathering.. Mine was 4 months old when I finally had to return it, after waking up one morning with pools of water in the corners, a soaking wet sleeping bag and the sound of constant drip drip drip...
