I need some help. our storms trap at the back on the porch has snapped. We contacted Gelert but they dont make replacements.. does anyone have any ideas how we can get this fixed.

Hi sorry to hear about your porch issue.
I was wondering if you could shed some of your knowledge about the horizon 8 and porch combo as I have just purchased them but it's looking like id won't be till next spring before I can use them.

When attaching the porch to the tent would you do this on the side with the lip over the door that a pole goes in. (From what I have seen from pictures it's only on one side)?

Also have you had any issues or required any modifications to the tent or porch that have helped in any way?

Lastly what has broken on the porch and is this an issue with them in general and to look out for or just a one off?
