Went away in above tent at weekend and was great but the tent roof was sagging a little bit at the rear, and at times touching the bedroom inner ceiling.
As it is inflatable you cant just move the pole along a little bit, so any thoughts on how to pitch it differently? I don't think it is the weight of the bedroom inners as the are attached to the airbeam and all look OK, so it is a tension issue. The rest of the roof seemed to sit a tiny bit higher but you couldn't really tell the difference from outside?
Is it just a case of pitch then unpeg rear corners and drag out as much as possible, then maybe put guy ropes in at a slight angle to pull the airbeam back a bit rather than having the completely straight?

Hi
I have this tent and have the same problem.i took out the airbeam and inflated it whilst it was still in the green sleeve. It had a good bend and the base of the airbeam didn't sit right, one side was facing towards the front of the tent and the other was facing the rear of the tent and noticed the green sleeve was at fault. The sleeve had been stitched twisted so when it inflated it had a bend around the roof area, it was bending towards the centre of the tent which caused the sagging in the roof, I got intouch with where I got it from and they got intouch with vango who have agreed to send me a new sleeve, so hopefully the replacement will be ok.
Hi just an update. I have received my airbeam sleeve direct from vango, looks like they have updated the sleeves it looks a thicker material all the stitching is straight and the feet are pointing in the same direction. I have inflated it but out of the tent and it looks straight just need to put it in and check it. So far it's looking good so hopefully it will sort out the sagging roof. I will let you know if it's the cause when I put back in the tent.
I pitched last time without putting the top 2 bedroom elastics on at the back of the tent, which stopped the outer touching the bedroom pod, but it still flapped in the wind which woke me a few times.
Hi thanks for sharing your info looks like we all had the same problem as vango sent me out a new beam after sending them photos of the old 1 inflated outside the tent, it was like a dogs hind leg !! new 1 looks great tho hope to try it after these winds die down the weekend.
Hi
Finally got my new airbeam fitted today and it all looks good, the sagging roof in now nice and tight.
I wonder how many people have got this problem but don't notice it with it being hidden by the sleeping pods.
