After my bad experience with a new vango, we decided to go back to canvas and bought a 5m Bell Tent.
(awesome service and advice from Bell Tent Boutique btw)
Did the trial on the garden first (25 min to pitch inc try the guys on) then headed to Matlock to try her out for a few days.
Took a bit of getting used to the different noise from the vango to the canvas but was i impressed.
Took 18 minutes to pitch with a footprint.. on my own and taking it steady :D
Set up an tarp awning for cooking etc and absolutly loved it.
I called it the Tardis tent as it looks small from the outside but its massive inside..

Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Another bell tent convert here ,only trouble is that we have had 7 other tents in the past 2 years including an air beam which I hated but OH loved, a palamos 6 pyramid tent and a 4metre bell which we had for 2weeks but found it to be too small so sold it and got a 5metre one , love it (if you are getting one always go for 5mt even if there is only two of you)

Do you leave all your equipment outside overnight, and do you have any of it connected to ehu
That cupboard and table is covered in a waterproof cloth, what my wife made to snug fit. We use electric and gas. But put all the electrical stuff back in that cupboard when not in use. So anything electric is Not used under the tarp if its raining, or left on if we are not there. But we just leave the cupboard and table out.
With the addition of the 3x3 triangle wing tarp.(Bell tent uk) gives you tat added protection from the wind.
