(I've copied this from tent advice page hoping for some replies on here)
Hi, having gone from tents to trailer tents to a caravan we are looking at returning to the world of canvas / polyester after getting fed up with towing / tow car issues. Are the new big (6/8) berth air tents so easy to pitch people comfortably use them for weekends? We used to have 5 berth for weekends and 8 berth tunnel for long stays but the kids are a lot bigger now (boy 9 and girl 12) and would each like their own pod. So at the moment I'm thinking about one large air tent for long and short stays but interested in other people's experiences....

We use a 6 man for weekends, not a lot of difference time wise to our smaller 3 man (both Vango)

one word of advice tho...the bigger the tent, the more tent to dry out if you have a wet pack up...if drying a big tent out when you're back home isn't an problem then go for it...
