I bought a Vango Tent from this company and used it for two nights.
When taking the tent down I realised that one of the main pole sections had split length ways.
I contacted the company asking if they could contact Vango for a replacement pole section.
I know some tent manufacturers will not replace tent poles or sections under warranty, blaming the owner for not erecting the tent properly, which was not the case.
Camping International promptly replied to my email and sent not one but two pole sections (keep one for a spare they said). I emailed them on the Monday and the sections arrived on the Wednesday.
Excellent customer service!

Geoff..djespie..I have purchased 3-4 items over the last few months and find the prices are keen and we all seem to agree the customer service is excellent.
The tent I mentioned was reduced a couple of days after I purchased it and I contacted them and they refunded the difference.
I was just chancing my luck and they could have told me to get lost but it paid off!
