We got a second hand Bear Lake 6 recently and used it last week.
Having looked at other pictures of setups since I seem to be missing the storage compartments in between the two sleeping pods.
Also, looking at some pictures it appears if is built in and part of one if not both rooms?
In ours we just have two separate rooms that tie on to the loops and hook into the floor and then a gap in between them that you can walk down and go behind the rooms.
Can anyone help me out and explain what I should be seeing? I'm not quite sure which year this is from but certainly not the latest model.
Thanks

It will depend on the age of your bear lake as the interiors have changed over the years.
Some had 2 separate bedroom compartments and some one large one with a zipped partition. The original ones with the separate bedrooms never had the storage compartment.
Yes, the original Bear Lakes (from 2007 and 2008 I believe) had two separate bedrooms and no storage pockets. With these models you could buy a separate kids room to swap out for the smaller bedrooms.
For 2009 and 2010 the storage pockets were added and the two separate bedrooms became one inner (but one side could be zipped down and rolled up to create more living space). Up to this point the bedroom inners were grey cotton and had full black mesh fly screens on the doors.
For 2011 and 2012 the bedroom inners switched to pongee polyester rather than cotton, and the fronts became stripey green
Think the inners stayed much the same after that, other than the wave shaped clipping points designed to reduce the strain on these points, with luminous piping on the edge.
Hope I've got the years about right here, but yours is definitely an original model
