I will be ordering the Alaska towards the end of the month. The kids will be off school to take it in when it arrives. Let me know how long it takes for the Elsie's to arrive. It should be similar times to Ireland.

I ordered it yesterday morning, I had a message a little while ago to say they are delivering it tomorrow!! And they will give me a one-hour delivery slot. Really good service.

I had both text and e mail this morning telling me it would be delivered between 4.30 and 5.30 this afternoon: delivered 5pm on the dot. 42 hours after I ordered it, from the middle of Holland to London!
Amazing - for £12 p&p, too.
Price of tent and shipping in £ has gone up since I ordered it, with the falling exchange rate.
I don't know if it came by ferry or what - it might take longer to Ireland - but they are so efficient and organised, I am sure they will tell you if you enquire now, or order it and give an advance delivery date.
Sadly I haven't yet seen it - I had it delivered to work and was out for evening meetings by the time it arrived. Tomorrow's treat!

EwenC - the prices are climbing as the pound is falling - the Eldorado has gone up by about £18 since a couple of weeks ago. May be best to wait until things improve - but then that may be a gamble....

The Euro price stays the same and I will be paying in Euros so no gamble at all.
