We have a Hartford XLP (amazing one or two weeks for 4) but need something smaller for cheeky weekends away (for 2!) Have been using 2 x Quechua 3 second pop ups with one being used for chemical loo etc.
Am thinking that we need something different with the following criteria:-
1. A taller tent that we can stand up in, cook in & have chairs in as it gets too cold to sit outside!
2. A tent with 2 separate bedrooms so we can use one for the loo.
3. A very quick to erect tent - would love another pop up but can't see anything that meets 1 & 2 above.
4. Something under £150 - cheaper if possible!
The Arpenaz 4.2 looked quite good & then I looked on You Tube & it seems to take a whole to erect. The whole thing about the cheeky weekend is the speed of set-up on the Friday afternoon, particularly if it's wet! More time to open the wine &/or ale!
