You are selling an inflatable tent with an add-on porch. You hint at previous problems with the fly sheet of the tent, the air beams, and the add-on porch, but apart from that, "the tent is in good condition". I'm not sure there is much left of the tent if you take away the (originally) faulty bits!
Whilst one would expect all matters to now be put right, as a buyer of new from a shop, the buyer would have some protection. Not being au fait with the used market myself, would you be in a position to put matters right, if your buyer subsequently had similar, major problems, as you appear to have had? If you're offering "a full refund if not entirely satisfied", then I'm sure you'd have no problem selling, nor getting a good price for it.

As it stands, it looks as if the tent flysheet may (still) leak, and that the airbeams may leak air/collapse in the night/fail to inflate. Plus there was an, as yet non-described problem with the porch. Any potential buyer would need to be an extreme optimist to have any confidence at this stage.

State in your advert that it has been fully erected and tested and is fully waterproof/no signs of any leaks, and that the air beams are fitted correctly and are fault free (I've no idea what the original problem was, but I guess there was one, as you had need to get a replacement set... unless they were a complimentary (spare) set as some sort of compensation deal, and the originals are still ok? ) and at least then any potential buyer would possibly have some comeback if it was subsequently proven to be "not as described".

Like I say, I don't mean this to come across as rude... or delusional for that matter... and I genuinely wish you well, when you do settle on a price, and put it up for sale.
I was merely trying to point out, from a personal point of view, and from a potential buyers point of view, why I wouldn't put a bid in, as it stands.
