Does the tent door zip all the way round the bottom included? I ask this because the groundsheet doesnt stick up at the front like on most tents (i understand this is a good way to avoid tripping), its flat to the floor. Which leads me to think it only zips down the sides. Which means bugs can get in to the tent between the groundsheet and bottom of the door.

I youtubed it and couldnt find anything.
Thats a shame. Looks an awesome tent but i dont find the bugs!
a zip along the bottom of a door will not stop spiders and other bugs coming into your tent - you have invaded Their habitat - they will get into your tent - thats camping for you!. you cant pick and choose who you sleep with when nature is involved - we were all put on this planet to co-habit with each other!

The There are a number of videos on YouTube that show the doors. The door does not zip along the bottom and the groundsheet can toggle up or down.
Hi love,
Ive searched again on youtube and cant see a video which shows how the bottom toggles. As you said there is can you show me please. I need to see it before purchasing.
The tents ground sheet is qiute secure for bugs, unless the doors are open of course.
The step through from the lounge into the porch is high but can be zipped down to make it almost flat during the day. the porch is a bathtub so it's separate from the tent and it toggles in so stays in place.
So when the front door is zipped completely the flaps tuck under the porch groundsheet and can flap about if really windy, we normally weigh them down at the front at night with the mallet and stuff.
When the door is open and unzipped the ground sheet lies sort of flat so anything can march straight in.
We've had ants and creepie crawlies, like Hanka says we just all need to get along, we just sweep them out of the porch, but to be fair, it's flies that annoy us most.
Good luck

the only thing i really dont want in my tent is a snake... because it would feel cornered, unable to escape and thats when they attack / bite.
so i choose tents now where the sleeping pod zippers can be closed right up at the top of the pods making it less likely for a snake to be able to get into the bedrooms... altho snakes can climb esp if they want something - food and night warmth... so your sleeping bag is the perfect spot for a snake to want to get to!.

So this video is of the Kampa Bergen 6 Air Pro which is the same as the Croyde re the door but in my opinion the better design / layout for a family.
Watch it all the way through but it's about half way where I talk about the door. If you like what we've done re the video then maybe think about us when you decide to buy. https://youtu.be/CSaN08ENxmU
