With the ESVO Bedouin 300 you can safely camp in Scotland due to its unique mesh wall.
The international success of the Bedouin series made the Dutch tent maker ESVO decide to add an additional three/four-persons tent. The basic reasons for a heavy cotton Bedouin tent are the lifetime (25 years+), very fast setting and the reasonable price.
Campers in Scotland or with destinations where midges could prove a problem have been unable to find a tent, which protected against the millions of midges, flying around, until now. The Bedouin 300 gives the solution with an optional front wall made entirely from extra fine mosquito gauze.
Furthermore, the complete living can be hermetically sealed all around. So you can sit inside fully protected and still look out to enjoy the view
.
Other features of this high sustainable tent are the beautiful styling achieved by the scalloped edging allowing for less pegging points and the strong storm straps instead of the old-fashioned ropes.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
I think it is compared to other pyramids, feeblecat. They don't usually have mesh on the doors. They do often have windows though.
I get your point though. I've never had problems with midges in the tent. It is outside but I usually have a midge hat on. As for ventilating the tent, I'm usually trying to keep the heat in, even on that day called Scottish summer.
