Seam sealant. Many brands such as mcnett, stormsure, kampa. It comes in tubes or tubs and can be a paste or brush on solution. It can be messy stuff so needs to be applied and allowed to dry whilst the tent is up.
Before applying, I'd make doubly sure it isn't condensation and don't get it on the windows
