Looks like my Montana 6 has come to the end of its useful life, so I'm looking around at replacements.

Simplest thing would be to replace it with a newer version of the same tent (mine is a 2009 model) as I have a carpet and front extension for it.
But I seem to remember that the quality of the Montana 6 isn't as good as it was - lower spec material and not so watertight. Is that right or am I mis-remembering?

Any other brands worth looking at for a similar tent? Vango seems to be a good make but not sure of any others. I'd like something similar in size to the Montana 6, and preferably with metal poles as they seem stronger than FG.

Might be looking to sell our new Montana 6. Bought 2015 but only used twice. Thinking of getting blow up as our age is making it more difficult.
