Hi. Is there anyone living nearby who is able to help us put our tent away please? We'll travel in Derbyshire, Staffordshire or maybe into Notts. we've watched videos and tried to follow the instructions but without success. Would really appreciate a hands on demo. Thank you

I used to have one of their day tents which folds in a very similar way. The bits on the video I linked to where they pause the image and superimpose a line drawing to show what is happening to the hoops is possibly the bit you need help with. The main advice I can give you is that you do need to be firm with the bending, folding and twisting over. The poles are super strong and flexible because they are solid fibreglass. This means you can be really quite firm in your handling of the poles without fear of doing damage.
