hi new to this forum my post might be in the wrong section but after some advice
i have a montana 6 only 10 months old p we have 2 rips in tent 1 where the pole for the tent goes in 1 in the bottom where you pull it in to peg it down and a broken pole we have been advised to send it back for repair whats peoples advice on this would you ask for a replacement tent or let them repair it

Depends if its through use or a quality control issue.

If its down to use and the way you assembled it then it maybe cheaper to get repaired elsewhere.

The first time i put my full sized caravan awning up one of the spikes punched through. My fault but it was only a 5mm hole which never got any worse and didnt cause any problems.

If its deemed your fault then you will need to pay the shipping and repair costs.

The company have asked me to send it back for repair free of charge and shipping would this not affect the tent in the long run paid £400 for the tent 10 months ago
