Question for Montana 6P owners. I have purchased a 2nd hand one which I think is 2014 model (it as a label near bedpods with OA14?). Anyway, it came with separate foot print but seems smaller than then the tent. Could it be that it belongs to an older or a newer tent version?

My understanding is that the footprint should be slightly smaller than the tent as this stops rain running down the tent onto the footprint and thence under the groundsheet.

I have a Montana 6, our tent has a slight over hang on the footprint
