Hi, we have been given a sunncamp evolution plus tent.
I was told I needed to rethread the poles, elastic was also in the bag.
Fetched out the poles to see I have the red ended ones to do. (Yellow one is complete)
Question: I have 2 sets of poles , one has 10 poles plus the red one, the other has 11 plus the red.
Do I have spare or am I missing one.
Also am assuming I have red one end and the double ended one at the other end.

Had bought a Lichfield Navajo 4 off for eBay £20,just to see if we still liked camping, when colleague gives us this one.

Only camped once before about 15years ago so any help would be very gratefully received.

Hello badhen.
I suggest you ask your colleague, after all, he/she are familiar with it all.

Thanks for replying James, my colleague said he had never used it, he was happy to give it away as it had been taking up space.

You could try making up the "red" pole sets to the shorter length, connected by something like masking tape, for instance, to see if they fit? Then, if the tent looks OK when pitched, remove tape, clean off any remaining adhesive and thread them together (various threading videos are available online).

A great idea hacksaw Bob.
Ultimate outdoors near me sells one for 2.00 so will get one anyway.
Have threaded both poles with a loop knot and a peg holding the ends in place till i sort it out.
I threaded dental flossonto a darning needle threaded it through the elastic drop the needle down the pole & pulled it.
