Hi, I can only suggest contacting the manufacturers customer services direct and explaining the situation rather than just Halfords.
How did somebody manage to steal your poles?
Hi I would if I knew who the made them I've been told berghaus air 6 poles are the same but unsure!!
We put the tent out ready to put up went back and the poles were missing we are unsure if they were missing from the beginning but can't prove this and Halfords arnt interested!! The air pump was missing too we are wondering if this tent was returned and the items removed before us
Thanks for your answer
Jules
Air beams are always fitted in the tent before you get it, they are not something you have to fit from new
The manufacturer will be in China and you have no chance of speaking with them.
I have to say this is another reason it's best sticking to a camping store to buy camping kit, especially your tent. Buy oil from a car accessory shop.
In this case the only way you will get sorted is by buying a used tent (same model) from ebay and using the beams from that and keeping the rest of the tent for spares.

I can't see anyone would steal the poles. The tent isn't that common and it would take some time to remove all of them.
I would suggest someone else has probably had an issue with theirs and as Halfords can't get replacement tubes they've bought another online, removed the poles and then sent it back for a refund.
Have a look on eBay as there is a company based in the midlands who sell off Halfords returns including tents.
if it's a new unused tent from Halfords I'd take it back and demand a refund-unlikely someone stole the poles they may well have been missing ! I assume you still have the receipt - item is obviously not fit for purpose if bits are missing

Urban Escape are Halford own brand. Always best to buy air tents from a good camping store and a brand that is sold across many independent and national stores, this way you have a better chance of getting spares if needed.
