Hi
Just wondering if anyone has had problems with a Outwell Clarkston 6A, in particular in connection with the air beams collapsing in bad weather. We are asking on behalf of some relatives of ours. Theirs didn’t seem to cope with a heavy downpour it leaked badly and the rear beam collapsed due to the weight of water and has permanently damaged the tent.

Hello Just wondering if you ever got a resolution for this problem as I have exactly the same issue the water settles on the roof above the bedroom and creates a pool. I have spoken to outwell and they have said sounds like a warranty claim they have 2 years warranty on them. I have contacted my supplier and will take the tent back in the next couple of weeks. Will update when I get an answer.

I noticed your post was 12 months ago but did you have any luck with Outwell or your retailer over this issue ?
Ours did the same this week and cut short our holiday as we had 3-4" of water in places.
Looks like a major design flaw to me and Outwell should replace or come up with a solution.
