The guy lines will probably add another metre to each side front and back. Your tent is a large unit, some pitches are limited by markers, hedges, trees or walls. If you want to park your vehicle on the pitch I can see that you could have difficulties. Some sites like Camping in the Forest have pitch sizes 8m x 5m including space for your car. Best to check with site owner.

I remember writing on here a few years back stating a 100m2 pitch was a bit tight for our full on holiday set up, which shocked a few readers... until they saw the sums!
My current tent with all awnings (smaller than the tent in my last calculations!) is 7.6m long, and I'd prefer to add 3m to that for guys (1.5m at each end. So a minimum pitch depth of 10.6m. For the width, assuming the car is at the side, tent is 3.5, adding at least 2m for the guys, 1.7m for the car width, another 2m minimum to open the car doors without tripping over a guyline or hitting the door onto a tree, so an absolute minimum pitch width of 9.2m.
10.6 x 9.2 = 97.52m2... and that leaves no room for sitting out in the sun, barbies, tethered dogs, swing ball, trailers, kids bikes, etc, etc (Not that they all apply to us!)
10m x 12m is much more comfortable for families... or couples with family-sized tents!
Even with our weekend set up, I'd just about squeeze on that aforementioned 8 x 5 pitch... but the tent would fall over due to having no guylines pegged, and I wouldn't be able to get out of the car anyway!!

I know camping and caravanning club pitches are 5m x 9m but that is the maximum tent size excluding guys
