I’m on the lookout for a new 2 or 3 man tent, that I can erect on my own and where there’s at least one part I can stand up in!
Currently using a Gelert Cabana which is brilliant....... 3000hh, stable and up in 5 minutes.
However after a few years of wet weeks in Scotland and France, and lots of festivals in England it’s showing it’s age.
Any ideas folks?

Ooh now that does look good, seanfdh.

Hoping not to pay that much, so will keep searching and keep an eye out for a second hand one!
Cheers!

Hi Gear Aura 3?

Or a polycotton 3m bell tent?

I love my Vango Kalu for a small standing height tent that I can easily put up alone, but they discontinued them.

I have an Aztec Mardi Gras 3, a three pole tunnel with one sleeping compartment where I stoop a bit and a living area in which I can stand properly - mind, I'm only 5'2"! I find it straightforward to put up on my own and I'm no spring chicken. Not sure if it's still available.

We used to own an Outwell Rockwell 3 which was a cracking little tent. Standing height in "living space" is 1.9m so should accommodate most peoples expectations of standing room, however being as it has a separate sleeping pod standing height is reduced in that area. Not a huge problem for us at 5'5" but could be an issue for others maybe.
It can be erected easily alone, although we never did have cause to camp solo.
Well worth checking a few out at a tent display first, before deciding on anything.
Good luck with the search.
