I am quite new to camping and have been looking at the Kampa Croyde 6 and Hayling 6 Classic air pro 2018 models for my family of 4 (kids are aged 4 and 2 but looking to use the tent for a number of years) but am still unsure on either due to the high price tags
Can anyone talk me into or out of either of these 2 models ?
Is the polycotton fabric option worth the money ?
Thank you :)
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
We loved our polycotton Outwell Norfolk Lake.
Condensation on windows only. Much cooler on hot days. Quiet on windy days, and with little ones I think this is important. A windy night could keep them awake.
BUT the pack size is big, and the air models even bigger. We had a trailer and this was great because we just left everything in the trailer between trips and we’re always ready to go. It’s not just the size taking up your boot it’s the weight on the rear axle.
------------- Started with a motorbike and tent.......my gallery, my life.
Just seen this in the "Equipment" section.
I've replied to that one, but it's at least as positive as the above post, and ends with "Yes, it is worth paying the extra"!
