Aside from the classic being newer and slightly different dimensions, is there much difference? Any particular preference for one over the other?
This is the non air version

Based partly on just a few pics of the Holkham, but mainly on the assumption that my Filey Classic was a replica of the Holkham, one or more of the following MAY be true(!):

Holkham has eyebrow canopies over side windows?
Holkham has vents in side windows?
Holkham side windows can be fully opened?
Holkham has the side annex.
Holkham is 15cm narrower (ignoring the annex) but 45cm longer.
Holkham has polycotton bedrooms and curtains (v polyester in the Croyde?)
Holkham has zipped curtains to the side windows, and velcro's to the front windows? (Not sure about the Croyde).
Holkham may have larger/higher vent to rear.
Holkham has longitudinal roof support bar. (Don't know about the Croyde?)
Not sure if Holkham also has the internal polycotton roof liner (Asthe Filey had)?
Holkham is blue.

Like I say, more observations than fact, and some comments based more on my knowledge/experience of the latter Filey 6 Classic than the Holkham itself (The Filey's predecessor).

All the above will of course therefore need checking out/confirming.

Best of the bunch? (subject to availability). In my opinion, The Filey Classic... but then I am of course biased!

Brilliant thanks for the response! So is the Filey classic not fully polycotton like the Holkham then?

Yes, my Filey Classic is all polycotton (Fly sheet, inner bedrooms and curtains).
I stand to be corrected, but I think the Croyde Classic bedrooms and curtains are polyester? (The one I looked at was, but that was around 2014, or whenever they came out?)

The (polycotton) roof liner in my Filey is also great in warmer climes, cooling the main living area even more.

Just a point of reference, but most/many polycotton tents from the likes of Vango & Outwell are 65% cotton, or certainly were 4 or 5 years ago. My Filey,(& Frinton) and I believe all the Kampa polycotton, is "only" 35% cotton.
I was a little disappointed when I first found that out (I already had both my Kampa Classics by then), but a little amateur investigation failed to find any significant difference, in sight, smell, sound or touch... I didn't do the lick test, so cannot comment on taste! I suspect you'd need lab conditions to actually tell the difference!

This is from my Kampa Frinton Classic, but there's an identical label in my Filey Classic. I believe they refer to Flysheet (Top line), then Inners (bedrooms) then SIG...

As you say, quick google and the Holkham is (110 x 76) which is a type of construction and means 65% polyester 35% cotton compared to Outwell which is the opposite. I wonder how much difference it makes?
Also the Holkham is described with polycotton flysheet, inner tent and doors but the Filey classic only mentions polycotton flysheet and nothing else...

We have the Kampa Croyde Classic air, just love it.

Great layout, can have improvements in some areas, the curtains are just polyester and velcro in place, but if they were polycotton it would just add to the weight, so they are adequate.

It has a canopy over one of the entrances to stop rain coming in.

has flyscreens on both doors, but not on middle door or porch front.

Bedroom stays in situ and again is polyester, but not a problem the two doors into it have flyscreens also.

Very light and spacious to.

look at the reviews, good luck

In our Holkham everything apart from the SIG is Polycotton but there is no roof liner with it. I have 2 Outwell Polycottons and to be honest in the real world I don't notice the difference
