For that kind of money I'd go for the Cabanon Guadeloupe. Quick and easy to pitch, high quality, pack size and weight not too mega and ideal for a couple. Yes, it's cotton canvas, not polycotton, but at the current price it's too good to ignore.
It has a dividing curtain rather than a separate bedroom inner which I used to consider a compromise but, then again, but not having to install an inner saves on pitching time, volume and and weight.
One side of the front can be rolled back. The doorway can have the top part open, stable-door style.
I think the price of these will escalate substantially next year. There's always a strong market for used Cabanon pyramid tents, if you don't take to it.
