Hi, I am looking for a family tent with a double skin which is along the lines of the Vango Aspen 500 or the Sprayway tents. The inner tent must cover the the living area and the bedrooms.

Does anyone know of any tents that have that feature?

The older Outwell Hartfords were double skinned and still come up regularly on eBay. They're a pain to pitch, apart from the Hartford M, which only had one sleeping pod.

They have gone out of fashion with the development of well ventilated tunnel tents with SIGs - easier to pitch and cheaper to make - and I'm not aware of anything currently in production.

Can I ask what is the appeal? If it's warmth, a polycotton tunnel might suit.

Yes it is warmth and I don't like the damp feeling that some tents seem to have. Perhaps I might need to go back to a frame tent.
