Unless it's an amount of money you don't mind wasting I'd steer clear anyway. Buying a secondhand tent unseen is a pretty high risk transaction.

A bit of info here.
It is cotton. It needs stored bone dry. I would only buy if it is dirt cheap as in disposable cheap or if you can see it unpacked. If you can go to the seller and offer to unpack/ repack, would that help?
