Has the benefits of air and not being too big to put up on your own - plus the advantages of polycotton. I bought it for weekend camps (particularly liked how the front completely opens up if needed) but we are after a quick sell to get something bigger. Might be above your budget though at £350. We went for a Berghaus Air 4 really good tent, we have used it three times, but have now got a motorhome, it you fancy it £175.00 plus other tent stuff inc. pm me if your interested. I live in Warwickshire
