About a month ago we purchased a 5m polyester bell tent, first trip was going to be this easter weekend. On recieving the tent there was nothing on the box but the brand and same on bag it came in. I purchased around £300 of furnishings for it. We arrived at the campsite quite late fri eve, pitched the tent and started putting our belongings in it. I said to hubby what do you think it doesn't seem big enough, other family were popping down Saturday as well, hubby said he wasn't impressed with the fabric very much but thought that it must be what we ordered. The next day (yesterday) I borrowed a tape measure and they have sent me a 4m. It's not big enough for what we need, so we packed up and came home. I wasn't too well either. I've sent the company an email and will prob hear tue but feel they will prob offer me the difference of the 2 as this one has now been used for the night, but where else were we to sleep? I really don't know what to think as this is too small for our needs and all we could really check when it arrived was the poles were all there as we don't have room in garden and there was no size on box or bag. Any thoughts thanks

Do you think it's possible to get a refund rather than they send a 5m tent ? Hubby said if they do he would just sell it as he wasn't really happy with quality but we wouldn't get the full cost back
