I thought it was a good idea to get a bargain Wild Country Supernova tent on ebay. Now replaced by the Terranova Hyperspace. The fabric looks good but I have a few problems.

Has anyone got pitching instructions? (6 poles some are curved)

How do I get the pole ends out to change the shock cords (tried twisting and pulling)?

Any idea where I can get spare poles relatively cheaply?

The straight ones are likely corner to corner, longer curved the crossovers & shorter curved the porch.

Unlikely to be able to get original poles but you can buy oversized sections & trim the non ferrule end or get someone like SMG or Tentspares to replicate.

The ferrule may be glued. Could be worth emersing in boiling water for a while then try again with gloves
