Hi there all, I’ve got a Hampton 6 with some broken poles. I can get straight joint replacements no worries, but the tent has two angled joints or connectors on each pole. Does anyone know where I could get pole segments with an angled connector? Or do I need to buy them separately and fit them myself? Eurohike (Millets) have been utterly useless in assisting with this.

So these are fibreglass poles with steel tube connectors, right? Some of which connectors are angled.
I would buy some replacement pole sections and remove the angles from the existing poles and fit them to the new.
You need to be very methodical when adding replacement sections - there is nothing too difficult about it but, as with most things there are easy and not so easy ways to go about it.
Are all the poles the same? If so, keep one thread intact while you work on the others, that way you will have something to refer to. Tip one: When threading new elastic, start at the end pole section with a ferrule at both ends, that way, you can thread the remaining sections directly into the fibreglass. Tip 2: Check that the metal ferrule sleeves are the same length on old and new, I bought some a while back where the new ones had to be trimmed down by half inch or they would not have sat neatly together when folded.
You will no doubt have to cut down the new poles - measure the length from the dimple in the ferrule in case old and new sleeves have different lengths, use a fine toothed hacksaw and plenty of patience!

First thing is to check the outside diameter of the existing tent poles. Accuracy is important as some only vary by half a millimetre or so. They all need to be the correct diameter.
