Hi
Beam 1 has bulged and ripped the sleeve and outer tent seam.
Is this fixable or do i have to bin my £1000 tent after only using it 5 times?
I dont know how to put up a picture of the damage. https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ag4DmURJVgB_3EBw3IK4Rl-lbGgu?e=c2eEAS

I’d recommend contacting the retailer you bought it from to see if they can buy a spare air beam for you. Will depend if Outwell still have stock spares 4 years on. Outwell prefer to deal with the retailer network not direct with customers, although you could try posting on their Facebook page.
The spare beam will come with both the air bladder and grey beam sleeve. You would then need to get the outer sleeve repaired either yourself or by a tent repair company.
The outwell tents of this era suffered from the beam jacket failing as in your case. I don't remember if it was the glue or just material failure but there were a lot of failed tents.
One user on here reinforecd all the beams with a couple of wraps of Gaffer tape around the jacket at ~ 6inch intervals and the tent then survived for a few more summers and may still be going strong.
If you want to keep using the tent, I'd reinforce all the beams with gaffer tape and have the split in the tent fabric stiched up by a competent user.
Lessons learned from these early generations have created much more robust air tents now.
