Can anyone offer any advice on fixing the issue in the photos below?

It is the main door into the tent, this area, no matter how I position the beams is always tight, so any repair needs to be a robust one.
I bought the tent second had two years ago when it had only two uses so no supplier to speak to and definitely out of warranty.
I caused the damage being impatient and not taking the care that was required. We always attach the Air Porch there’s no issue with weather ingress just a faff when opening and closing the door.
