Hello
I am looking to replace a Nomad Tellem 3 tent that takes on water at the slightest rain (taken back twice under warranty by the manufacturer ... 😕).
The idea is to have a tent to establish a comfortable "base camp" when you go to the mountains (meaning rain, wind) for the holidays.
I have seen:
- Jack Wolfskin Grand Illusion IV
- Robens Midnight Dreamer
Is there one brand better than the other? The Jack Wolfskin seems "less" comfortable but robust. The Robens looks very comfortable but what about the inner floor sewn to the outter fabric (durable?).

It doesn't say a lot really, not exactly a review, but not too good?

I have a different polycotton Robens tent (Fairbanks) and found it fabulous. But they've recently changed their "Hydrotex" polycotton cloth, and it is now more polyester than cotton...…..

Can't comment on the Jack wolfskin but have used a robens cabin for several years. Very happy with it, no leaks, good quality and no issues with groundsheet though I do use a footprint.
