Hi all,
I know its a bit mad looking at tents with all these storms but can't help it! Basically Im looking at a canvas tent to put up in the garden for some chill out space, mainly for me but Im sure my 16yr old will use it too with her friends. It will stay up permanently so I only want something small and was thinking of a 3m bell tent. I came across the tripod frame which would give a 3m more space. Anyone had any experience of one? Thanks guys

The only problems with "tripod" 3 metre bell tents, is ultimately they take up more interior space than a single pole, and being on the inside, you have canvas lying on them which allows a potential for water leaks through capillaric action.
However, only slightly? smaller is the Robens Fairbanks and the pole is outside the main sleeping area. It also then has a small admin area...…..
