I am desperately trying to find a replacement air beam for the Berghaus 4XL tent. It is for the rear part of the tent where the bedrooms are. Blacks are being so unhelpful and can’t tell me when they might have it in stock or the model number despite it being punctured when we first put the tent up!
Can anyone help with the model number and where I can get this part? My sons are desperate to camp in the garden. I know we can repair the puncture but I’d really like to get a replacement tube before we go on a longer camping trip as soon as we are able to. Many thanks

Try Gooutdoors, some of their Airbeam tents may be similar. Both suppliers are connected.

Berghaus Air tents are a Go Outdoors, Millets, Blacks (same company group) own brand (Berghaus is part of the same group) so they will be your only point of contact. If it was like this from new (and you bought it from them, not second hand) then push for a replacement tent if they cannot fix the tube... I say it all the time but I would never buy a shop own brand air tent, you tend to find main stream brands that are sold in independent stores carry a far better range of spares. It's a shame Go haven't got the beams as the Berghaus branded tents look great and value for money.
